SEASON WELL UNDERWAY - FANTASTIC RESPONSE!!!!

Our recent Open Houses were a great success with many interested people coming out to try our sport in our great new facility. With our artifical playing surface our "greens" were ready to be put to the test despite our late spring and many did so with the assistance of our many club members who came out to help. The weather was equally fantastic for all three days which just made the whole happenning that much better.

The Brampton Lawn Bowling Club would like to welcome all our new members and we look forward to getting to know you better "on the greens" in the very near future.

On VICTORIA DAY Monday we had our annual Victoria Day Mixed Jitney and just about everyone but the Queen showed up to play in our 2 12 end games. We had almost a full house for the day!!! The weather was again so fantastic that we had to make use of the brand new shade awnings that have now been installed at the far end of our greens making our facility even better!!!

With our season now well underway be sure to check out the June Calendar or the June Highlights to ensure that you don't miss anything. In particular, on Saturday, June 1st we have the TOYOTA Club Mixed Triple tournament and on Monday, June 24th, we have the Mixed Jitney and STRAWBERRY Social, always a big event.
